Our Roasting Steps
1. Precision Drying
We gently heat the beans to remove moisture, preparing them for the Maillard reaction—the foundation of flavor development.
2. First Crack & Development
We listen for the "first crack," carefully controlling temperature to develop the bean's inherent sweetness and acidity.
3. Cooling & Resting
Beans are rapidly cooled to halt the roast, then rested to allow flavors to settle and gases to release for optimal brewing.
